Job Description and Duties:
- Service, troubleshoot and service of split systems, heat pumps, and roof top equipment.
- Capable of installation of heat pumps, air conditioners and split systems.
- Follow instructions and carry out in timely manner.
- Operate company vehicle as needed and report problems promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Dress in Company Uniform at all times.
- Complete all work orders and service forms accurately and promptly.
Job Qualifications:
- Education - High school or equivalent
- Must have EPA Certification; NATE Certification (not required but a plus)
- HVAC Experience - at least 2 year minimum
- Clean driving record is a requirement
- Full Time (8:00am-4:30pm with overtime available during peak seasons).
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, split systems, and roof top equipment.
- Understand all local, state and national codes for residential and light commercial use.
- Good quality workmanship.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid PA drivers license.
- Pass Drug Screening and Background checks.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
